As some who has been volunteering for months completed my practicum at Food for The Soul and have been a part of it for over a year now. My experience has been that of growth and community, outreach work is a demanding field and some people instead of looking at their own lives and conduct choose to reflect blame and negativity to the organization.

I used to work here & loved it, i was supported by my boss knowing my past and that i am a single mom & sje along with the staff worked so well with me! I still go back to see staff and clients & help when i can. It's a very welcoming place for people to get help and be heard and the staff will go out of there way to assist in what someone is needing.I notice a comment below (jolene) which is a lie but people will have a negative opinion when they know they have done wrong to clients and treated people poorly. If I could respond directly to that comment I would.
